Mango Bliss Bowl

Ingredients

3/4 cup plain greek yogurt

1/4 up cottage cheese

1/2 cup fresh mango

1/4 cup mixed nuts, roasted, salted

1/2 tsp chia seeds

1/2 tsp hemp hearts

1 tbsp raw local honey

Directions

1. Grab your favorite bowl!

2. Mix yogurt and cottage cheese in one side of the bowl.

2. Add mango to the other side of the bowl.

3. Top with nuts and seeds.

4. Drizzle with honey.

5. Enjoy!
