Berry Bliss Bowl

Ingredients

1 cup frozen berries, warmed

3/4 cup greek yogurt

1/4 cup cottage cheese

1/2 tsp hemp hearts

1/2 tsp chia seeds

12 roasted mixed nuts, chopped

1 tbsp raw local honey

Directions

1. Grab your favorite bowl :)

2. Mix yogurt and cottage cheese in one side of the bowl.

3. Add berries to the other side of the bowl.

4. Top with nuts and seeds.

5. Drizzle with honey.

5. Enjoy!
