These movements are applicable to all traditional and modern forms of belly dance and may be used according to one’s style preference.
Whether looking to improve your physical health, increase feminine sensuality, engage in moving meditation, or simply challenge yourself by learning something new—this is the place for you!
I recommend simply watching the videos first, and then again while participating in front of a mirror in order get immediate feedback on your form.
If at first it feels awkward and impossible, try not to get discouraged as this is COMPLETELY normal. With continued practice the movements will progressively feel (and look) more and more natural.
